Full‑time Lifeguard

About the role

Join H2O as a Lifeguard and help keep our swimming facilities safe for all guests. You will work in a dynamic, wet environment, providing supervision and instruction to individuals and groups. This full‑time, permanent position is based in Québec, QC.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule activities and assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events.
• Lead and instruct groups and individuals in water safety and swimming techniques.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
• Monitor pool areas to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and orderly aquatic environment.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of lifeguarding experience.
• Lifesaving Bronze Cross certification.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Other trades certificate or diploma.
• Client focus, reliable teamwork, good judgement and strong interpersonal skills.
