Key responsibilities
- Keep records of food quantities used and manage inventory.

- Operate manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, equipment and floors.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies, and handle kitchen garbage.
