Financial Controller – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Financial Controller to lead and own the finance function of a growing manufacturing business. You will be responsible for accurate accounting, cost management and insightful reporting that supports strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and manage product costing and margin analysis.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes within the Odoo ERP system.
• Collaborate with the part‑time CFO and present results to the CEO and leadership team.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, organized and accountable.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate numbers into business insights.

What we offer

• Competitive salary $85,000‑$110,000 CAD per year.
