Executive Director, Corporate Services

About the role

The Executive Director, Corporate Services reports to the COO and serves as a strategic leader responsible for modernising the Commission’s corporate infrastructure. This senior position drives enterprise‑wide digital transformation while ensuring robust financial stewardship and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year digital transformation strategy aligned with the Corporate Plan.
• Lead modernisation, integration and optimisation of enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCMS and CRM.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, applications, data infrastructure and system governance.
• Identify and implement AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency and regulatory effectiveness.
• Provide strategic advice on technology investments, risk and innovation to the COO.
• Lead transition planning from legacy systems to modern, secure platforms.
• Develop high‑performing teams across IT and Finance & Administration and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure strong financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and internal controls.
• Establish governance structures for enterprise systems, data management and vendor oversight.

Required profile

• Senior leader with proven experience in digital transformation and corporate services.
• Strong background in both technology and financial management within large organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in change management, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.
