About the role
The Executive Assistant will support three Vice Presidents within the National Bank Investments team, ensuring smooth daily operations for senior leadership. This position combines calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative oversight to enable executives to focus on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate senior management calendars, schedule meetings, and organize logistics for meetings and business travel.
- Analyze incoming requests, identify stakeholder needs, and act independently with sound judgment.
- Manage HR‑related administrative activities, including staff movements, absences, and file processing.
- Handle IT requests, orders, follow‑ups, and internal tool usage.
- Track invoices, budgets, and financial activities for the sector.
- Prepare, review, and enhance documents and presentations for an executive audience.
- Serve as a resource for sector updates and organizational changes.
Required profile
- College diploma in a related field.
- Three to five years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage complex and confidential files.
- Solid understanding of HR and finance administrative processes.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
