About the role
A leading research organization is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to contribute clinical expertise to frontier model development. This remote, contractor‑based role involves creating realistic clinical scenarios and guiding advanced systems in acute and emergency care.
Key responsibilities
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios covering triage, undifferentiated presentations, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition decisions.
- Author attending‑level “golden” reference responses to set quality benchmarks for the model.
- Evaluate and grade model‑generated responses against structured clinical rubrics.
- Provide detailed written feedback that directly informs model refinement.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
Required profile
- Board‑certified Emergency Medicine attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license.
- Final‑year Emergency Medicine residents (board‑eligible) or fellows with an active license.
- Dual‑boarded EM/IM or EM/Pediatrics physicians and Emergency Medicine medical directors are strongly welcomed.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (H‑1B and STEM OPT candidates not supported).
Required skills
- Clinical expertise in Emergency Medicine, including triage, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition decision‑making.
