Director of Alliances

About the role

VeUP is seeking a senior leader to own and expand its AWS partnership across North America. The Director of Alliances will define the alliance strategy, drive co‑sell pipeline, and guide the company toward AWS Premier Tier status while working remotely with frequent travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute VeUP’s AWS partnership roadmap, including tier advancement and competency management.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with AWS Partner, ISV, Marketplace, and field teams.
• Lead co‑sell and ACE engagement strategies, generating partner‑sourced pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Identify, recruit and grow high‑potential SaaS, ISV, and SUP partners within the North American AWS ecosystem.
• Manage AWS funding programs (MAP, MDF, POC credits) and ensure compliance with APN requirements.
• Represent VeUP in executive briefings, QBRs and strategic planning sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience navigating the AWS partner ecosystem with a track record of driving co‑sell and tier advancement.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to influence sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior AWS stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across North America.
