Digital Product Manager – Risk Platforms & Strategy

About the role

Join PC Financial’s digital team in Toronto as a Digital Product Manager focused on Risk Platforms & Strategy. You will lead the development of digital capabilities that support fraud and credit‑risk initiatives across our online channels, working closely with risk, engineering and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for risk‑related digital features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience.
• Drive delivery of new platform functionalities, integrations, reporting tools, and workflow optimizations.
• Partner with Fraud and Credit Risk teams to translate risk strategies into scalable digital and data solutions.
• Support the evolution of risk decisioning, data pipelines, and analytical tooling used to monitor performance.
• Manage end‑to‑end customer journeys, balancing fraud prevention, credit risk controls, and seamless digital experiences.
• Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses, define success metrics, and prioritize enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in digital product management with a data‑driven mindset.
• Analytical thinking and experience working in data‑intensive environments.
• Background in data engineering, analytics platforms, or risk systems is highly valued.
