Digital Customer Success Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Digital Customer Success Program Manager to lead digital adoption initiatives within its Customer Success Operations team. Working remotely from Canada, you will shape email‑based communication strategies that drive product onboarding, usage, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Marketing to define and execute the digital communications roadmap.
• Build and own a scalable email marketing program that guides customers through product adoption.
• Develop standards for email design, voice, content, and format across all CrowdStrike products.
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize email journeys to increase feature utilization.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate impact on adoption.
• Prioritize enhancements for existing and new email campaigns.
• Write compelling copy in collaboration with internal teams and run experiments to improve results.
• Gather requirements from CS Ops, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to enable data‑driven automation.
• Source relevant content for newsletters and all‑hands communications.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Support Engineers, Customer Research, and Marketing to align on customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital customer success or email‑based product adoption programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret email performance data.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft engaging copy.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Self‑starter attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
