DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and improve production and development infrastructure for a high‑traffic adult entertainment and gaming platform. The role involves working with multiple development teams across several data centers, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure services. You will collaborate with a global, hybrid team to drive automation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support and improve development and production infrastructure for over 15 development teams.
• Assist developers with technical problems across multiple stacks and environments.
• Enhance server monitoring, reduce alert noise, and implement proactive detection.
• Design and plan improvements in a multi‑datacenter environment.
• Participate in technology research, prototyping, and design decisions.
• Guide teams in migrating services to automated, elastic infrastructures (Cloud, Kubernetes, Serverless).
• Document processes, performance metrics, and infrastructure configurations.
• Promote and implement CI/CD best practices.
• Expand coverage of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) setups.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Systems Administrator in Linux environments.
• Understanding of scalability patterns for high‑traffic systems.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider.
• Familiarity with provisioning servers/VMs using VMWare or equivalent.
• Ability to assist developers in debugging complex issues.
• Comfort with command‑line, scripting, and configuring web servers, load balancers, etc.
