Data Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the E‑commerce Director, the Data Specialist will design and build a comprehensive data architecture for our web team. This brand‑new position offers the chance to shape data strategy from the ground up in collaboration with Technology and Digital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust ETL processes that consolidate multiple data sources.
• Design, maintain and scale an efficient data architecture and data warehouse.
• Support platform transitions, ensuring proper data governance and a solid data framework.
• Create and advise on dashboards for web‑related teams and other departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience building dashboards with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Strong background in ETL processes, data warehousing and relational databases.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query writing.
• Familiarity with AI applications, data security and governance best practices.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to address diverse stakeholder needs.
