Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a curious, detail‑oriented Data Analyst to join Go Lime’s Customer Operations and Technical Operations teams. You will turn raw data from our CRM and internal systems into clear, actionable insights that drive faster, smarter decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and continuously improve operational dashboards and reports for Customer and Technical Operations.
• Partner with department leads to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Extract, clean, validate and consolidate data from CRM platforms and other internal systems.
• Monitor key operational metrics, identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate data discrepancies and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Develop a deep understanding of operational workflows to ensure reporting reflects day‑to‑day activities.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting and analytical requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Help raise data quality, reporting standards and operational visibility across teams.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling and reusable templates.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Detail‑oriented and curious about uncovering the story behind the numbers.
