About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Customer Service and Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service and drive customer satisfaction for Hertz rentals. You will engage directly with customers, helping them choose the right rental solutions while promoting additional products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on Hertz rental options and needs.
• Maximize revenue by actively offering products and services.
• Overcome customer objections and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure world‑class customer service and sales support throughout the rental process.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Excellent multitasking capabilities.
• Proven ability to upsell and handle objections.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
