Join Walmart Canada as a Customer Service Desk Associate and become the friendly face that helps shoppers with refunds, exchanges, and product inquiries. You will work in a fast‑paced store environment, ensuring accurate transactions and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process refunds and returns following company procedures and complete required forms accurately.
• Assist customers with questions, exchanges, and directions in a courteous manner.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales‑tax‑exempt records according to guidelines.
• Send damaged merchandise to Claims, verify returned items against refund slips, and restock approved items.
• Scan items correctly before returning them to the sales floor to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift inventory or supplies up to 20 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb).
• Comfort handling a high volume of tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied schedules based on business needs.
