Courier – Package Pickup & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Courier to provide courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. The role includes checking shipments for compliance with Federal Express Canada service standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages on a scheduled route, starting at 7 am, Monday‑Saturday.
• Inspect shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service features and Canadian customs regulations.
• Provide related customer‑service functions, answering inquiries and handling issues.
• Lift up to 70 lb and maneuver packages up to 150 lb using appropriate equipment.
• Complete mandatory driver‑assessment training and maintain required accreditations.
• Operate a Windows PC environment for tracking and documentation.
• Work flexible schedules, including holidays, based on business needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record (≤2 violations/accidents in the past 24 months).
• One year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a high‑pressure environment.
• Bilingual (French/English) if residing in Quebec.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a Windows PC.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $22.60 CAD.
• Retention bonus of $2,000 CAD paid in installments over the first year.
• Full‑time permanent position with regular shifts.
