Consultant – Health Strategy & Competitive Intelligence

About the role

Shift Health is seeking a Consultant to join its growing pharma strategy and competitive intelligence practice. You will work on client engagements, conducting primary and secondary research, synthesising insights, and delivering recommendations that shape the future of healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and interpret research from diverse secondary sources.
• Design and execute primary research, including consultation guides, informant outreach, and documentation of discussions.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with senior project team members to refine deliverables based on feedback.
• Support Project Managers in applying the Shift Health Project Management Framework to meet timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to business development by assisting with proposal preparation.
• Participate in internal initiatives that promote Inclusion, Equity, Diversity and Accessibility (IDEA).
