Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on our building projects. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure that all work complies with safety standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and progress reports.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and apprentices.
• Coordinate and schedule construction activities.
• Oversee apprenticeship training programs.
• Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions.
• Estimate costs and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 3 to less than 5 years of on‑site construction supervision experience.
• Ability to work full time on the physical job site (no remote option).

• Blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Cost estimation and material planning.
