Construction Manager – Portfolio Projects

About the role

Allied is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects across its occupied portfolio of urban workspaces. You will oversee tenant improvements and capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants to prepare accurate drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Lead or assist in the preparation, review, and formal award of tenders.
• Manage 10–15 concurrent projects, balancing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Attend construction and site meetings and maintain regular on‑site presence to monitor progress.
• Review project plans, identify cost‑saving measures, and assess construction risks.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Liaise with municipal authorities, utility providers, and the Technical Services team.
• Coordinate interior finishes and design elements with tenants.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing tenant improvement and capital construction projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities.
