Concierge – Customer Journey

About the role

The Concierge – Customer Journey acts as the ambassador for the Royalmount shopping centre, delivering a premium, personalized experience to visitors, tenants and shoppers. Working within the operations team and reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, you will maintain an elegant, proactive presence across multiple service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with professionalism, courtesy and impeccable presentation.
• Identify visitor needs quickly and provide tailored services, including coordinating appointments and serving beverages in private lounges and personalized shopping suites.
• Support stylists and clients in private lounge areas, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Respond efficiently to on‑site and remote inquiries through various communication channels, including email.
• Assist with the operation of the urban park, skating area and public art trail, enhancing the overall customer journey.
