About the role

As a member of the product engineering team, you will lead project management and development activities for electrical distribution transformers. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering, procurement, quality, and production teams to meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project submission, ordering, and development processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and current standards.
• Maintain and organise documentation, instructions, and knowledge assets.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Approve new components and support their integration.
• Assist in resolving operational technical problems.
• Perform all related tasks required to fulfil project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• At least five years of experience as a mechanical engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional engineering permit valid in Quebec.
• Autonomous, organised, rigorous and results‑oriented.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English to handle international documentation and communication.
