About the role
Harbour Air is seeking a Communications Assistant to support charter bookings and schedule coordination. The role bridges internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth charter operations and timely communication.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external clients via phone, email, and Teams to answer inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide updates.
- Distribute the annual rate sheet to tour operators for common destinations.
- Collaborate with Customer Care and Customer Contact teams to resolve charter‑related service issues.
- Review aircraft schedules and book charters according to client needs, optimizing aircraft and pilot utilization.
- Assist commercial schedule optimization using inputs from Network & Revenue Management and Flight Operations.
- Perform month‑end reconciliation of charter invoices, working with finance to resolve discrepancies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset for schedule efficiency and profitability.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
