Client Solutions Representative – Mobile Services

About the role
The Client Solutions Representative joins Bell Mobility’s customer service team to deliver seamless experiences for business customers. You will handle inbound calls, manage accounts, and activate or modify cellular services while upholding Bell’s high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to wireless services, account inquiries, and operational requests.
- Activate new corporate cellular lines, validate customer information, BAN details, rate plans, features, and device eligibility.
- Process activations, changes, suspensions, and cancellations within established SLAs.
- Document all interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues on first contact, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Meet productivity, quality, and service level targets while following SOPs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to resolve issues.
- Stay current on products, services, systems, and policies through ongoing training.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
- Strong understanding of wireless services and corporate mobile solutions.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
