About the role

LOCAL Public Eatery is seeking a dynamic Chef or Sous Chef to join its Accelerated Leadership Program. This fast‑tracked initiative blends hands‑on culinary operations with business leadership training, allowing you to help run a multi‑million‑dollar restaurant while developing your people‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by overseeing food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Assist senior management in day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Participate in leadership workshops focused on people development, sales growth, and operational excellence.
• Contribute ideas to enhance menu offerings, streamline processes, and drive overall business performance.
