Business Innovation Manager

About the role

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Business Innovation Manager to lead enterprise‑wide innovation, operational excellence, and mobility initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will drive measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, quality, and both customer and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI, Kaizen, and operational‑excellence programs across the organization.
• Develop and promote the Business Innovation Framework, encouraging associate participation and an innovation culture.
• Define and track KPIs to assess the impact of innovation initiatives.
• Guide cross‑functional teams from concept through testing, pilot, and scaled launch.
• Translate complex business problems into structured, value‑driven solutions using Toyota Business Practices.
• Balance priority transformation projects with day‑to‑day operational improvements.
• Provide leadership for mobility programs, overseeing performance, stability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage mobility program performance, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and use‑case modeling.
• Collaborate with global Toyota affiliates and external partners to align mobility initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide innovation, operational‑excellence, or Kaizen initiatives.
• Strong leadership and governance skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to convert business challenges into structured, data‑driven solutions.
• Experience managing mobility or transformation programs and measuring their outcomes.
