About the role
Join BoomerangFX as a Business Development Executive focused on healthcare SaaS. You will drive revenue growth by selling an all‑in‑one practice management platform to private‑pay clinics such as medspas, cosmetic surgery centers, dermatology, dental and vision practices.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including product demos and proposal presentations.
- Deliver consultative software demonstrations tailored to the needs of clinic owners, physicians, nurses and practice managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple healthcare specialties.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Leverage knowledge of SaaS, digital marketing and paid advertising to position BoomerangFX as a strategic solution.
Required profile
- 4+ years of solution‑selling experience with a proven track record in SaaS sales; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Experience with short sales cycles and familiarity with medspas or private‑pay healthcare practices.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in HubSpot CRM for email automation, pipeline management and sales analytics.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies and their role in lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What we offer
- Base salary $60,000‑$65,000 CAD plus uncapped OTE up to $450,000 CAD.
- Equity participation in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months.
