Business Analyst - Technology Solution Delivery

Main Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through research, interviews, and process analysis.
• Develop detailed user stories and features derived from complex analysis models.
• Create viable specifications and rigorous acceptance criteria to ensure requirement accuracy and relevance.
• Act as a strategic liaison between multiple business units and technology teams to assess system capabilities.
• Collaborate with operations SMEs and stakeholders to gain in-depth knowledge of Firm programs and systems.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve technology systems and develop innovative problem-solving approaches.
• Guide development teams through the project lifecycle, providing system documentation, test data, demo videos, and supporting UAT.
• Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure value-driven solution delivery.
