Brand & Community Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Brand & Community Growth Manager to help turn Gingerbug, an organic ginger soda brand, into a cultural conversation starter. Working directly with the founders, you will shape the brand’s presence across TikTok, Instagram and other creator‑driven platforms while building a vibrant community of fans, influencers and affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with creators, influencers and affiliate partners.
• Recruit new influencers and grow the Shopify Collabs community.
• Plan and execute campaigns, contests, giveaways and product drops.
• Engage with customers on social platforms and respond to emerging trends quickly.
• Coordinate content creation with founders, videographers and creators.
• Transform high‑performing organic content into paid ads.
• Drive community momentum and brand energy across digital channels.

Required profile

• Deep passion for TikTok, Instagram, creator culture and internet trends.
• Ability to spot trends early and act fast.
• Self‑starter who can work independently without constant supervision.
• Understanding of modern wellness, food or lifestyle brands.

Required skills

• TikTok and Instagram Reels experience.
• Creator or affiliate marketing experience.
• Shopify, Canva or Meta Ads platform experience.
• Community‑building experience.
