Bilingual Project Manager

About the role

Siemens is seeking a bilingual Project Manager to lead multiple multi‑million‑dollar projects in the electrical distribution sector. The role involves coordinating customer orders, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely delivery and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several million‑dollar projects simultaneously from order preparation to final billing.
• Prepare, review and book customer orders and revisions, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Maintain constant communication with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Initiate sales and purchase orders to vendors based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with factories, product and marketing teams to resolve configuration and technical changes.
• Monitor profitability of sales orders in the backlog.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Strong electrical distribution technical knowledge.
• Fluent in French (mandatory) and English.
• Willingness to travel 10‑20% to customer sites.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP or similar ERP system.
• Electrical engineering expertise in distribution systems.
