Bilingual Patient Care Specialist

About the role

The Bilingual Patient Care Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled in a support program, ensuring they receive high‑quality service throughout their treatment journey. This role combines customer‑focused care with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single liaison for patients, and in some programs, for associated physician clinics within the assigned territory.
• Manage and deliver program service offerings with accuracy and empathy.
• Collaborate with other Patient Care Specialists, Case Managers, and Field Case Managers to provide end‑to‑end support.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.
• Identify and address any issues that may affect patient satisfaction or program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
• Action‑oriented, tactful, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail/healthcare environment.
• Open‑minded, responsive to change, and capable of building trust with patients and healthcare providers.
