About the role
Join Permobil’s international team as a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative, providing support to English‑speaking customers while handling French inquiries. This remote position allows you to contribute to assistive technology solutions that improve the lives of people with disabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Process quotes, orders, refunds, and warranty claims in the ERP system.
- Assist customers and sales representatives via phone and email.
- Provide order status updates and estimated delivery times.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

What we offer
- Hourly compensation of $20.68–$21.63 CAD.
- Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (8:30 am‑5:00 pm).
