Associate Brand Manager, Dove Bars, Premium & Baby

About the role

Dove is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to own the Dove Bars, Premium and Baby portfolio in Canada. This role combines creativity with analytics to drive market share and revenue growth for one of Dove’s most strategic product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day performance of the portfolio, meeting KPIs such as market share and revenue.
• Translate consumer, category and competitive insights into growth strategies and annual brand plans.
• Partner with global teams to bring innovation to the Canadian market and lead end‑to‑end launch execution.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, social, influencer and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and external partners to ensure alignment and drive results.
• Track business and campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights and continuously optimizing plans.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG or consumer goods.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns, including digital, social and influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
