Advisor, Legal and Regulatory Compliance

About the role

As a Legal and Regulatory Compliance Advisor, you will design, implement and monitor the organization’s compliance framework, ensuring that policies, procedures and employee behaviours align with legal standards and internal expectations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, implement and monitor compliance action plans, programs, solutions and tools.
• Diagnose compliance issues, challenges and needs to define target outcomes.
• Analyze data, conduct studies and propose recommendations to develop best practices.
• Train internal practitioners, raise awareness and communicate the organization’s ethics and compliance culture.
• Oversee business‑line activities and represent internal and external partners before committees and organizational units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Member of the Quebec Bar.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different functions.
