About the role

KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice (DPP) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support partners, senior managers and their teams within the Audit Centre. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality administrative services that enable efficient client service and internal collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to partners, senior managers, managers and audit teams.
  • Ensure compliance with risk‑management and branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate, prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, presentations and reports.
  • Manage partners’ calendars, travel arrangements and meeting logistics, including video conferences.
  • Assist with time and expense report preparation and submission.
  • Execute regular and ad‑hoc tasks to support DPP deliverables and project work.
  • Collaborate with the DPP administrative team to maintain consistent, timely execution of tasks.

Required profile

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Co‑pilot).
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
  • Strong communication, project‑management and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Independent, adaptable and capable of handling changing demands.
  • Administrative experience is an asset.
  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
