About the role
The Workplace Operations Coordinator will ensure the daily smooth functioning of our busy corporate office in Montreal. Acting as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors and vendors, you will help create a welcoming and efficient environment that supports the company’s fast‑paced fintech operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception desk and oversee day‑to‑day office operations.
- Coordinate employee experience initiatives, internal events and onboarding/off‑boarding processes.
- Liaise with external vendors, building management and maintenance teams to maintain facilities.
- Handle workplace requests, office administration and ensure meeting spaces meet standards.
- Monitor workplace safety procedures and support continuous operational improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities or related administration.
- Strong organisational, communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
