About the role

The Enterprise Real Estate Workplace Ambassador is the heartbeat of the office experience at TD in Montréal. This mobile, people‑focused role ensures shared spaces are welcoming, organized, and ready for colleagues throughout the day. You will be on the floor, supporting day‑to‑day workplace needs and creating moments of engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Keep cafés, coffee stations, inclusive spaces and meeting rooms ready and stocked throughout the day.
• Manage café inventory, restock supplies and oversee seamless coffee operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and conduct regular floor checks to identify and coordinate cleaning, maintenance or repairs.
• Set up, reset and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring timely readiness for bookings.
• Serve as an on‑floor resource, guiding colleagues to workstations, seating zones and hubs, and addressing real‑time questions.
• Support day‑to‑day workplace needs by collaborating with internal teams and handling facility or technology service requests.
• Assist with in‑office programming and events, including setup, catering coordination and post‑event cleanup.
• Welcome visitors, provide wayfinding assistance and move flexible furniture as needed.

• Ability to spot issues proactively and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep shared spaces orderly.
