About the role

Accenture is looking for a Workday Certified Payroll Lead with deep expertise in Canadian payroll. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining Workday Payroll solutions for large‑scale client projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support the payroll workstream in Workday implementation projects.
• Design, configure and deploy Workday Payroll solutions aligned with cross‑functional requirements.
• Manage integration with other payroll systems such as ADP or Oracle.
• Provide guidance on Canadian payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize payroll processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering Workday Payroll implementations, especially for Canadian payroll.
• Proven ability to lead or support payroll workstreams in large‑scale projects.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
