Wireless Sales Representative – English & Tagalog Preferred

About the role

Join The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw‑owned wireless retailer, as a Sales Representative (Mobilist) inside Loblaws in Edmonton. You will guide customers to the best phone and rate‑plan options that fit their lifestyles, with a focus on English and Tagalog speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage a steady stream of Loblaw shoppers, presenting mobile, home and business solutions from carriers such as Bell, Rogers, Fido and more.
• Promote the PC Optimum loyalty program, helping customers earn and redeem points for savings on groceries, fuel and store purchases.
• Maintain expert knowledge of carrier offerings, promotional deals, pricing structures and the latest mobile devices.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, earning uncapped commissions based on performance.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a passion for building long‑term customer relationships.
• Eager to learn and develop a career in the telecom industry.
• Available to work full‑time, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English; Tagalog speaking is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of mobile carrier products and plans.
