Window Washing Service Manager

About the role

AllWest Facility Services Ltd. is looking for a Window Washing Service Manager to direct and control daily operations of our window cleaning services in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will oversee staff, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure high‑quality service under all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily window washing operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Evaluate daily performance and adjust processes to meet service standards.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for cleaning staff.
• Plan, monitor, and control the budget and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Manage contracts related to advertising and marketing strategies for the service.
• Hire, train, and supervise cleaning personnel, fostering a skilled team.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
