Window & Door Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Window & Door Sales Consultant you will meet homeowners in their homes, demonstrate Brookstone’s product range and close sales. You will be expected to achieve individual and company sales targets each month, with a goal of completing an average of three demos per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home consultations, showcase windows and doors, and answer customer questions.
• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company’s marketing team.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate directly with the owner and leadership team to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to control your financial future.
• Sharp, strategic thinker who can adapt quickly to close deals.
• Customer‑obsessed attitude, always putting client satisfaction first.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Prior sales experience, especially in home renovation, is a plus.
