Wholesale Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Demand Management team at ALDO Group. You will ensure wholesale customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, providing visibility on issues and supporting internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage wholesale outbound orders in SAP from entry to fulfillment.
• Maintain an accurate order book and generate visibility reports using SAP, BI tools, and Excel.
• Build and analyse Excel files with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and perform data reconciliation.
• Manage customer‑specific delivery SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Monitor demand to support accurate production planning.
• Partner with Distribution, Logistics, and Account Management to minimise delays and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service by handling inquiries, issues, delays, and claims.
• Identify sales opportunities through product and operational support.
• Support team members with cross‑training, documentation, and additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive attitude with strong curiosity and adaptability.
• Fluent in French and English; English is the primary business language.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to support the team beyond core responsibilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (large datasets, formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools for reporting.
