We are seeking a Welder Supervisor to lead our welding team at our Brampton facility. The role involves overseeing daily welding operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating staff schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train welding personnel.
- Coordinate and schedule welding activities.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Set up machines and equipment for welding tasks.
Required profile
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- No formal degree required.
