About the role
Join Sobeys as a weekend cashier in Montreal, providing friendly and professional service to customers while handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by processing transactions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy in line with company policies and procedures.
- Operate the customer service counter, handling lottery ticket sales, refunds, bottle returns and inquiries.
- Keep the service aisle merchandise tidy and stocked.
- Assist in training junior staff members.
- Follow all applicable company standards and support other services with additional tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Basic math calculation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
