Web Developer (Java) – Entry to Mid-Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Web Developer with a solid foundation in Java‑based web development to join Proprio Direct, one of Quebec’s leading real‑estate agencies. The role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to work with modern tools, including AI‑assisted coding, while contributing to the company’s digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and related frameworks.
• Build and enhance front‑end components with HTML and JavaScript.
• Design, implement and consume RESTful web services.
• Work with relational databases to store and retrieve application data.
• Collaborate with team members on system design, code reviews and testing.
• Leverage AI development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• Entry‑to‑mid‑level experience in web development.
• Hands‑on experience with Java (Spring, Java EE or similar).
• Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, web services and databases.
• Basic understanding of web application architecture.
• Fluency in English and French.
