About the role
Thermon is seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to support the flow of products through its distribution center. The role involves receiving, storing, and preparing inventory for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect products and transport them safely to the shipping bay.
- Load and unload pallets onto warehouse shelving, inspect incoming stock and apply appropriate labels.
- Pack and label items securely for outbound shipments.
- Count inventory daily in coordination with receiving, warehouse and production staff.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with internal resources.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pickers as needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required profile
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Computer literate with strong math skills.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Forklift operation.
- Picker operation.
