Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer, is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and guide a team of Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Associates. This role blends hands‑on warehouse duties with leadership responsibilities to ensure efficient order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Associates.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as inventory management, order assembly, loading, and quality checks.
• Manage SSC order processing and, when needed, handle purchasing activities including PO entry.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and maintain compliance with safety policies.
• Provide occasional showroom support and office administration.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or warehouse experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

• Certified Forklift Operator
