About the role
Alcor Facilities Management is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Fort McMurray. The role focuses on coordinating logistics, maintaining equipment, and leading a team to ensure efficient and safe warehouse performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Co‑ordinate, assign and review work.
- Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
