Warehouse Shipper – Logistics & Transport

About the role

Join our logistics team as a Warehouse Shipper, responsible for coordinating shipments and ensuring accurate documentation. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, handling goods from receipt to dispatch while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Determine method of shipment and schedule transportation conveyances.
• Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents.
• Assemble containers and crates, pack and unpack goods, and affix identifying information.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices, record shortages, and reject damaged items.
• Oversee loading and unloading of goods, route items to appropriate storage areas, and maintain internal records.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Counterbalanced forklift training and Forklift Operator Certification.
• Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance certificate.
• Experience in warehouse or shipping environment is an asset.
