Vineyard Tractor Operator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Vineyard Tractor Operator to join our team at Iconic Wineries of British Columbia. You will work across our West Kelowna, Kelowna and Lake Country vineyards, ensuring that all field operations run smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tractors and vineyard equipment safely and efficiently throughout the growing season.
• Perform vineyard tasks such as mowing, cultivation, spraying, hedging and harvest support.
• Assist in maintaining vine health and fruit quality through precise fieldwork.
• Execute daily and seasonal vineyard operations and record activities.
• Clean, inspect and support routine maintenance of tractors and implements.
• Calibrate equipment for accurate application of materials.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience operating tractors in a vineyard or agricultural setting.
• Solid mechanical understanding with ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Valid B.C. driver’s licence with a safe driving record; Class 1/3 licence is an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 kg.
