Vice President, Infrastructure, Information Services & Chief Financial Officer

About the role

Riverside Health Care is seeking a senior executive to serve as Vice President of Infrastructure, Information Services and Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the President & CEO, the role will shape the future of healthcare delivery across the Rainy River District in Northwestern Ontario.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integrated portfolio of finance, infrastructure, information services, capital planning, procurement, business intelligence and support services.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure long‑term sustainability and support organizational transformation.
• Oversee modernization of technology platforms and infrastructure to meet evolving patient and community needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, providing insight on strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Represent Riverside with Ontario Health, the Ministry of Health and other provincial and municipal partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in finance and/or infrastructure within a complex, multi‑site organization.
• Strong track record of driving strategic change and financial stewardship.
• Excellent judgment, integrity and collaborative approach.
• Experience working with government health agencies and external stakeholders.
