• Competitive Analysis: Run rigorous breakdowns of competitor ecosystems, analyzing product mechanics, token structures, and defensive moats.
• Investment Support: Build data‑backed synthesis memos, financial models, and strategic investment materials to streamline internal decisions.
• Portfolio Operations: Assist active incubator projects with data dashboards, launch orchestration, and day‑to‑day operational support.
